No, haven't tried on my brother's Pi yet as I need to arrange to Team viewer to his PC to do that, so I thought I'd try it on mine in the meantime to make sure I've got it right and check if I still get any instances of the tuner disappearing. Should modprobe produce any output on the command line or in dmesg?
