Is this version maxed @ 1080p, does Isengard support 4K?

It depends on the platform/hardware. Some Android/ARM boxes will only render the GUI up to 1080. Video up to 4k might be supported for some chipsets.

Thanks for moving the thread to the right place and also for the respond.
It's a Amlogic s802 Quad Core CPU Octocore Mali-450 3D GPU running KODI Isengard BETA 2.
Box has Android 4.4.2 OS and only KODI Isengard installed on it.
