if you can, cut out a sample then we can compare, you can use a statically build ffmpeg from e.g. here: http://johnvansickle.com/ffmpeg/releases...tic.tar.xz
and then do:
ffmpeg -i youvideo.mkv -ss 01:32:30.0 -c copy -t 120 output.mp4
This would copy 2 minutes starting from 1 hour 32 minutes and 30 seconds ...
and then do:
ffmpeg -i youvideo.mkv -ss 01:32:30.0 -c copy -t 120 output.mp4
