Network issue? When you pasted the log - you already had this 100% load?
Can you run:
top
then press H and screenshot again?
wasn't 100% only between 40-60.

but my sons are watching a movie right now and cpu usage is only 20-30% which is normal imho.
when movie stops and kodi will be idle for a while cpu usage will increase to 40-60%.
i'm going to post a new screenshot after the movie, ~10 mins.
