Yes. The problem here is, that also for downscaling this HQ scaling is used. We hope to get that solved automatically with our process Info. So player realizes: System is too slow -> change to bilinear.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.
