I got a NUC with N3150, and I think I can say that 10bit isn't working at all with hw. Also, in 8bit, both h264 and h265 (hevc) works with hw in 1080p.
Also in 2160p it works with h264 and h265, but only in 24Hz and 30Hz. 60Hz in 2160p is kind of laggy, both in h264 and h265 what I remember.
