Is ther any way to transfer a settings folder from another Kodi installation? I have a fire tv and would like to eventually convert to apple TV for native airplay support (better than the android hacks and alternatives)

Would it have to be compiled into the deb? Is it just impossible since we can't connect to the apple tv filesystem? I did it with an ipad by dragging the folder over in itunes.

I transferred my modded Quartz skin to my new atv4 by using build in file manager to upload specific folder(s) to my nas share then from there to my ad dons folder on my new atv4

How do you copy them from NAS to the apple tv using kodi file manager? I can't see an option to copy when long-press selecting.

It only has select all, add to fav, rename,delete,make new folder, calc size, go to root, switch media.

EDIT: Aaah it worked once i had added my addons folder as a source on the left.
