About Netflix HD (1080p), I wrote to Zidoo's facebook page, and they said that "Yes, our XPro supports this".
So...where is the truth?

It will not. Netflix HD requires that the box is Google certified (for boxes that run regular Android OS). If the box doesn't have GMS certification, there is no possibility of Netflix HD.

Theres no way trick the certification ? :/

If media player manufacturers had figured a work-around, we'd have seen non-sanctioned boxes with Netflix HD or 4K already .

There is no dual boot Linux possible on any RK3368 device at the moment.
Might happen after 6 months or never.
