Okay, here's the deal with full, frame-packed 3D... nothing is playing in 3D mode for now, whether 3D ISO or MVC MKV. Latter I'm not expecting, but thought I'd check anyway...
I had an error here originally, which I've crossed-out and revised now.
MVC MKV:
- No 3D via Kodi; plays back in 2D mode
- No 3D via native player (using file explorer); plays back in 2D mode
3D ISO:
- Via Kodi and native player, plays back in SBS mode. Forcing projector to SBS doesn't display in 3D, rather 2D
- Via native player, plays back in 3D, but as HSBS. PQ is poor, with lots of pixellation, stutters (shaky video)
With native player, there are options to force MVC track and MVC playback, but neither has any effect; playback remains 2D or SBS. Also, playback is poor; jerky and not as sharp.
With Kodi, pressing 'OK' and bringing up the on-screen controls to go into 3D options, 'Enabled' only shows selected if you move over it, but move away, and it's deselected. Trying to select it doesn't work. Forcing to SBS also doesn't give you 3D. The 3D option in Kodi menu is only showing up I think as I have ".3D" in the filename of all my 3D files (3D ISO and MVC MKV). Via Zidoo Kodi, it really seems to not be working.
