I don't have a himedia q5. My picture quality scores would be something like this:

Oppo 93 = 9.5/10

Netgear NeoTV 500 (Sigma 8642 chip) = 9.3/10

Zidoo x6 = 7.5

Like I said previously. This is on all default settings ( I did adjust resolution to match my projector (Sony ES55)). And I still have not tested playing bluray files inside Kodi....will do it tonight.

I reported it about a month ago, it's like that in all Rockchip RK3368 firmwares.

I reported it about a month ago, it's like that in all Rockchip RK3368 firmwares.

Hmm sad. Did you have any problem with kodi like i have?

Firmware Zidoo X6 pro agenda was 09 october, now its 13 and no sign of it.

Please don't make promises that you can fulfill...leave that to cloud media guys Angry

Take a look at Nvidia shield thread, they said 10 days to fix Hdmi issues, and they keep their promise with the FW 2.1 available today.

Yep, leaves a bad impression even if product turns out good later. Or, don't give out dates, but provide progress updates.

I agree, i knew there were problems at first but promises are there to be kept. Or just be honest and say that it will take some time to fix and no ETA.

I just cancelled my x6 order today. Seen this all before, lies about what the box can actually do and broken promises of fixes. There has been loads of similar android boxes before, but I did hope zidoo and the x6 was different. Unfortunately not!

IF the they fix FP 3D and 23.976,this will be the best Android box out there.
