Hi. I would like to know if there is a shortcut from the home menu to open directly the skin settings.
I feel little stupid posting this cause I can't no more open the setting page after I change some skin settings... basically I'm stucked to the custom home i created.

You have changed your home shortcuts and removed references to settings ?
If you didn't disable the shutdown menu: that one contains a button to open the settings.
The shutdown menu can be reached by pressing key down on your keyboard /remote or the S key on your keyboard.
If you have deleted both the menu shortcut to settings and disabled/altered the power menu you're in a little less luck ;-)
To recover from that:
1) On the file system, browse to kodi\userdata\addon_data
2) Delete (or move) the subfolder script.skinshortcuts
3) start Kodi and let it build the menu
4) the menu will now be restored to default settings

Thank you very much. I had selected in the settings "use subpage with tiles as submenu" and then the key down did not work to open the shutdown menu. I don't know if it was intended or not but selectin this option only way to reach the shutdown menu is pressing key S on the keyboard.
