No one legally carries that channel except Sky and Virgin as it's a "premium" channel. Food Network is freeview which is why it's on services like FilmOn and TVPlayer.

Thanks for your replies, much appreciated, I'll keep searching I did have a good stream once but just can't remember what it was on, I've rebuilt since then and not made a note of where it was
