from my professional experience in software QA, intermittent bugs are the WORST... so i hope you is sitting down

on slim-list ... *sometimes* (not always) ... when scrolling up ... the list will fade out.

it happens when the wife and i are trying to find an ep of a daily show (something non-sequential)... the point is if i was to say something like "hold on honey, i need to grab my log"... i'd get a smack

I have just looked at the code and... You're right, there actually is a visibility condition that causes this fade.
No idea why I ever added that :-)

I will remove it so it will be fixed in next version.
