Is it possible to remove the folderback button when drilling down into a folder or put it at the bottom of the list? I would like to have the focus on the first item in the list instead of the back button when first entering.

Settings>Appearance>File lists> Uncheck Show parent folder items ?

ActivateWindow(yourpath,return) - If you remove the ",return" part - it will always focus the first item
Edit: oh my bad, I tought you mean something else.
