Has anyone solved the problem where NETFLIX won't play through an ATV2 because of a HDCP error?

I've tried the Apple solution. (Sleep ATV2, switch off TV, turn both back on, problem supposed to be solved... But it's not...)

I've changed the cable. Still doesn't work...

So folks, any fixes out ther??
