OK, here's the scenario, I thought I'd be wonderdad and sort out the issues my daughter has with her firestick. I've read the forums was ready to sort out thumbnails, delete apps and cache etc.
Here's the rub, when the stick tries to boot it gives the critical memory message and fails to load the home page or allow me to navigate. Eventually the screen goes blank with intermittently a spinning wheel and loading in the bottom left hand corner but then nothing. How do I get past this so I can free up space?
