Still happening in v17 (Krypton). Oh, well. I guess the trick is just to never resume, and instead skip to the point in time where you were before.

As a work around, I get the actual resume time, resume from 00:00 and manually seek to actual resume time.

As an update on this, as I have also suffered the same with my NUC, using Kodi 17.4 & driver : https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downloa...duct=75025 (15.40.36.4703) with my 4th Gen I3 on my NUC now means I can resume h.265 without having to find some work around / turn hardware decoding off etc.
