Well, I realized why someone returned this Zotac to Amazon. It is dead on arrival, won't boot up even after resetting the CMOS. As much as I wanted something more "substantial", I gave in and ordered a Rasberry Pi2 starter kit. It just seems so remarkable that such an inexpensive device will deliver the performance I'm looking for.
What sucks about those Amazon Warehouse deals is, they wont let you return the item once bought, most likely they will refund 50% of what you paid... I got stuck with an Asus Zenfone 2... Paid $199.00 got refunded 50% of payment. Sim card slot broken.. On delivery... Now i just use it as a tablet...

Even under warranty circumstances? I mean, if the product is defective , the warranty should cover it, not just that usual 10 day return policy-because-you-don't-like-the product-thingy (or whatever the return period you Americans have , here in Europe it's 10 days)
