Getting Two different IPs

I am trying to figure out this IP nightmare.. I have reset, reinstalled, unpluged and just about everything I can imagine but I cant get Kodi to shake this fuckin wireless IP... I have no idea where it is even coming from or what is assigning it but its driving me nuts... Please help

192.168.49.1 is the address of Wifi Direct.
We should exclude it from displaying, but it's harmless.

Its not allowing me to stream live TV for more than three seconds... The video freezes but the audio still plays...

Is there another area of this forum that I could find a solution to the streaming issue?

Well you could have some more patients.
You asked your question 2 hours ago.
Perhaps add link to a full debug log (wiki) so we can see what happens.

Thanx for all the help

"In Kodi go to the System -> Video -> Acceleration , ( make sure you are at Expert level) Unclick both the libstagefright and media codex".
