Running on Kodi; Started poking at / understanding source code a little bit. The 404 error from #909 is the same as what i'm seeing, I believe.
404 indicates the paths are not longer accurate. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_404)
Some dynamic path evaluation/building was added in this changelist, but apparently they have changed again in some fashion (most likely not the endpoints, as I can still see the response form Netflix providing the endpoints- more likely some other bit of the path-building engine)

I think the only way to fix for certain is to sniff some traffic from a netflix appliance and check what paths are being used by the API/App.
I'd expect it is https, so that would require a bunch of screwing around (transparent proxy/etc).. but not sure. May look more into it.
By the way, there is a change.org petition for Netflix to write an official Kodi plugin. not that it will gather any traction, i don't think:
