Hi guys, just bought a new ARNU TV BOX MACH 10 last week but never managed to get the PVR Client going. I am trying to get IPTV Simple Client to get going but no luck.

Have tried updates..... To the Kodi 15.2... Tried factory reset....

Anything ideas guys?

Ask for support from whoever sold you that box. The suppliers are breaking the Kodi Foundation's terms of service in what they supply and have put banned add-ons (wiki) onto it. Hence we do not support it, is up to them to do so.
