I'm suffering from some performance issues so I'm wondering if this is the problem. I know it refers to Emby however this error doesn't occur with estuary skin. I'm wondering if its to do with emby smart playlists?

Those are indeed related to the plugin entries from the emby plugin.
Altough it shouldn't cause any serious issues it should be fixed. If I have some time left next week I'll take a look at it, shouldn't be hard to fix.
