I had my mind set in ordering directly from Hard Kernel, but I see here people prefer palin.de?For european customers pollin.de seems to be a good choice. Don't forget to get the 5€ newsletter voucher and then it should end in an quite reasonable price. Greece has shipping cost of about 12,95€ (Griechenland Versandkosten) You'll pay shipping cost only once obviously. I guess shipping should also take way shorter than from hardkernel directly.
I don't know about customs (chrispe will know certainly better), but as this is all within EU it might be free of charge (perhaps if staying below a certain value: 4 devices, wow ). Noggins points with VAT should be considered also. Better inform yourself about this searching with greek keywords
Power connector: Yes the Odroid does both. There is a jumper (AFAIR it was set default when I bought it) so I could plug in the microUSB power supply, which I used for my RPi2 before. If you pull this jumper you should be able to use this microUSB port as an additional (USB OTG) port for data.
