hello... I would like to know why I can not install Kodi my Chinese tablet?

On Chinese table google play said "your device is not compatible with this version"..

and on my phone also chinese I can install it.

you need android version 4.2 or newer
and your tablet is version 4.1.1 :-(

You should be able to manually install an older version of Kodi (XBMC or SPMC) for Jellybean though ...
