Ask your seller. If it's a "fully loaded" try to get your cash back. But good luck with that.

In the UK and probably the rest of the EU you have a Right to a refund. Online retailers like Amazon have an obligation to refund customers within 14 calendar days of any order being received and no longer wanted and correspondingly customers have an obligation to return items within 14 calendar days of such cancellation.
