I have an android TV box. Every time I turned it on, my internet would go off. After about an hour on the phone to my service provider and trying various setttings and set ups I worked out that the box works fine UNTIL the HDMI cable is plugged into the back of my TV (i've tried on my Samsung and my Philips). As soon as I plug in the HDMI my internet goes off (again I've tried connecting the box by LAN and WIFI).

Has anyone else experienced this? What is the solution?

Sounds like a hardware fault or a faulty HDMI cable as @cd2022 is suggesting.
