Hello!
After reading up I understand the Turtle Beach Micro II has been the go-to USB DAC (at least if you use windows and osx) for a foolproof solution to get DTS and AC3 passthrough in Kodi. Unfortunately it is now a legacy device only available in the US which makes it kind of expensive buying with import fees etc. Does anyone know of a worthy successor? Turtle beach themselves do not have any new model with spdif, they only still sell the Amigo.
I do not have a receiver with an HDMI input. Maybe an HDMI audio extractor is the only safe bet nowadays? Or buying the NUC with an spdif output.
