It's possible there is an easier work around but I have yet to figure one out. I like to set up "movie channels". For instance one channel is only the newest movies for the last two years. I have the rules set up such that "Date > 2014" for instance. Another one is five years previous and I have it "Date > 2010 & Date < 2015". This works but every year I have to update the playlist to change the dates. If there was a "In the last X years" type of rule I could set my first example up as "Date is in the last 2 years" and the second one as "Date is in the last 7 years & Date is NOT in the last 2 years."

I hope I stated that clear enough for someone to understand.
