Can you run DxDiag for both 32bit & 64bit?
See if any problems are reported?

Never mind as this box comes pre-loaded with win10 64 bit.
You should turn to the seller for support as it's difficult to diagnose as a Win10 problem.

As a side note and off topic, as I was looking at the
product page, it stated (3rd line of Pre-installed Win 10 OS )
"The built-in Cortana in Windows 10 can let the Ara X5 Plus work as your assistant and lovely life-partner."
Now I am seriously considering the device...

Thanks, I have run the dxdiag in 32 bits and everything looks fine.
I have also contacted the seller to see if they can provide a solution, it's weird because is working fine for other people with the same driver version.

Those black lines in your image are likely a physical memory fault. Do they appear on other programs running on this device?
Video Memory fails with patterns repeated across it like that.
This is certainly a manufacturer fault. Return to sender for replacement.
(Though do make a quick test with a different HDMI cable first)
I have had graphics cards fail with that exact same pattern on them. More usually stuck on white than black.

Hi BatterPudding,
More lines has appear in other programs so I have contacted geekbuying and tronsmart for a replacement.
I think you are right and something wrong is with the memory or gpu.
I'll keep you informed for future buyers of tronsmart or geekbuying.
Thanks all for your help.
