Finally got around to testing this a bit.
Only had about an hour to play with it so far.
Used last posted version only.
CPU is an Intel Xeon X5690 with an Nvidia GTX 650 Ti
Using full rip 3D iso's with complete menu.
I've yet to see a menu. Always defaults to main movie playback only despite settings.
Some titles play 3D, some 2D only.
Audio/Video out of sync, at least for Man of Steel.
Switches to MVC 3D automatically, and turns off after playback is finished.
Passes through DTSMA and TrueHD lit on AV.
This is a fantastic step in the right direction for KODI and I highly praise those involved in developing this.
Don't pay any attention to those dismissing 3D.
It's here to stay for those willing to pay for the feature.
Those opting for bragging rights great big fuzzy screens instead are usually the 1st to pipe up and manufactures oblige by taking their money too.
The Force Awakens will be out in 3D for those willing to wait...... just as soon as the fuzzy screen fanatics are done being milked in 2D.
Keep up the good work.
It does not go unnoticed and I applaud you.
