Hi guys, I'm new to Android Box kind of stuff. I want to is it possible that I can install a custom android app on Xiomi Mi Box Model S and can I use some button on remote control to send voice commands on that remote? So, I actually want to use Xiomi Mi Box Model S for commercial purpose, is that a good idea?

Warning - their support on the forum is atrocious.  

Also - I recommend staying away from a box from this manufacturer if you are still in the shopping phase - they are unreliable (break functionality with updates and then remove this functionality from product description web pages to pretend it was never a feature).
