Poster file renaming Help needed
#1
Im not sure if this is a setting i've missed, bug,or just not possible.I have my movies organized by decade
folders with multiple movie files in each folders.I use the TMM to download the movie poster only but no matter which setting i use the
filename always has -poster or.poster at the end.
Is there any way to scape only the movie poster in a folder with multiple movie files in a folder and have the poster .jpg have the same name as the movie.

eg : At.War.With.The.Army.1950.720p.BluRay.X264-x0r.mkv
At.War.With.The.Army.1950.720p.BluRay.X264-x0r.jpg - instead of this At.War.With.The.Army.1950.720p.BluRay.X264-x0r-poster.jpg

Thanks

this is a drawback of the so called "multi movie dirs" - not all image settings are valid for such a setup.

I'd suggest you to sort it as follows (still after decade)

Code:
-movies
  -1950
    - At War With the Army (1950)
      - At.War.With.The.Army.1950.720p.BluRay.X264-x0r.mkv
    - Another movie (1951)
      - another.movie.avi
...

With such a setup you will have all options from tmm available

ok, i see your problem.
In fact, with multiple movies in one dir you are quite limited.
So up till now, we fixtate the poster naming here, to a workable variant.

But you're right, we have already 2 settings which would work for multiple movies, so i guess i can adhere the settings here a bit more Wink

Thanks, I am using TMM for the movie covers on a Twonky DNLA server in a WD mycloud which only generates a screenshot.
but i always have to remove -poster from the filename.
