Thanks! Yes.. Subscribed for this add on called sasta TV a week ago. Not sure about the added wiki.. Sorry.. Did you mean contact Internet provider?

We don't supply either the add-on or the stream, so it's entirely 3rd party and down to them. Or speak with whoever you took out the subscription with if it wasn't directly with them.
