No clue what's going on with this skin and the Brazil forum and this one. Whatever it is, it's taking weeks and weeks to figure out lol.

First of all thank you for your awesome mod.
I'd like to know if you could add a new music layout as you did before (http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=...pid2450218).

In a music library there are not only famous artists such as Adele, Oasis, Pink and AC/DC (for whom you can easily find fanart, cd art and logo). I have over 56k songs (12k of classical and 23k of jazz) and this means hundreds of artists without fanart, cd art and logo: that is why I'd like to have a new layout with the basic kodi disc and a simply background set by the user.

This is the actual music layout 3:


Could you work on it in order to let it become like this?


1) artist, song and album aligned on the left side and in bold character;
2) name of the artist with scrolling if title is too long;
3) title of the song with scrolling if title is too long;
4) no number before title of the song (I don't think it is so stylish and useful);
5) album's year before album's name in a different colour (such as the same yellow used elsewhere in the layout);
6) number of tracks in the album or playlist (in the simply format “X/Y”) under the time bar... I would remove the lign “KHZ/Kbps/bits”: honestly, is it really so important to know this piece of information during the playback?
7) no number before title of the next song;
8) no music genre (there is no need);
9) all the rest unchanged.

I'm not a graphic designer, this is only a simple suggestion that I made with photoshop (I chose a black screen to modify the layout more easily)... If you wish, you can improve anything else you don't like.
As I wrote a few days ago, I don’t understand anything about code and therefore I can’t modify the layout myself.

I have a follow up question. Why do some record labels show up in some albums and in others don't?

By the way record label for As I lay dying album is Pluto Records and it's in the Textures.xbt but it won't appear.

CodecInfo "O" display is a lot bigger so we can
actually read it?

I've read through all the posts- I have the pause screen issue....doesn't display banner/poster or disk....now I see that you have told people to put your fix in the 1080i folder, but I cant find that folder !!

I'm using Android Nvidia Shield....is that why ?

I have the same problem. Some record lables that appear in the Texture.xbt dosn't show in full screen playback. I also decompile texture.xbt added new record lables and compiled it again, but still some record lables show and some doesn't.

Another problem with record lable is if you play the songs from m3u playlist record lables doesn't appear at all. if you play the same song not from playlist but straight from the album or artists the record lable appears. emiralles maybe you can fix this odd behaviour in the next update ??

Sometimes I can't display anything...

a) Is it normal or there's something wrong with my settings? Can you explain me what I should do?
b) Is it possible to display a disc if cd art doesn't exist? As you can see, in the first screenshot there is no disc.
c) Is it possible to display a fanart set by me if the artist's fanart doesn't exist? If it is, how?
