DD+ is not possible when enabling the PCM hack.
When using the RAW method (PCM hack disabled), DD+ can actually be enabled, as the TV can downconvert it to AC3 and send it over ARC. But also there we have the problem with 640kbps AC3.
It is a total mess. So if PCM hack works for you, you can't bitstream DD+. But you can use the AC3 transcoding feature of Kodi for that...
