Build Highlights:

1. ffmpeg hevc optimisations should result in reduced ARM load
   

   in previous builds we have either done luma or chroma motcomp on qpus (with other done on arm) as qpus couldn't handle both, but John has changed the format of the framebuffer which improves sdram efficiency and allows both to run on qpus, so lower arm cpu.
