There seem to be all sorts of issues with "Audio offset".
When a custom offset is applied to one of the TV channels and when you switch from that channel directly to a file playback - that custom offset will be applied to a file that you are currently playing (this will cause an out-of-sync audio).
How to reproduce:
1. Set the Audio offset to -0.025s (for example) for any TV channel and play that channel.
2. When the channel is still playing open the file browser and play any video file.
3. Do not stop the video, open the channel list and switch to the same TV channel again.
4. Open the file browser and play the same video file from step 2.
5. Go to "Audio and subtitle settings" and you will notice that "Audio offset" is now -0.025s.
