Installed #0824 over #0823 (which was working along with a small number of previous #082x builds fine) and kodi entered into constant kodi re-start loop.
(Not been testing latest Leia builds for a while as stayed with #0603 until addon settings modification in Leia settled down)

In past I used to have these ocassional kodi re-start loops in some nightly builds which was considered to perhaps relate to my use of latest tvheadened server and tvheadened frontend builds running on rpi2.
Note: I remotely stopped kodi with "systemctl stop kodi" command and after approx 10 mins restarted Kodi with "systemctl start kodi" and sucessfully started kodi
