v18 LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 18.0)

I noticed that Kodi's sliding menus are sometimes not smooth, especially when watching a live TV and this can only be fixed by restarting Kodi/reboot.
I tried to find a way to reliably reproduce this issue and found out that the "jerkiness" appear when I enable and then disable teletext.
I should add that this seem to be RPi-specific and only happens when I turn on/off teletext on 1080i (AVC) HD channels. I'm unable to reproduce this on a PC.
