I am getting a large memory leak while playing HEVC, it's worse with higher quality/bitrate files.

I did enable debug logging for the most recent crash.
I am using a Pi3, I only tend to use your x builds, so this is with the latest 20180115215804-#0115x.
As an example, I started with memory reporting 592468K by the time I get the crash there is only 51500K being reported, this can be as quick as 5mins.
I could not log in using ssh once everything locks up, had to power off, could not reboot.
Let me know if you would like any other info.
Kevin.
The crash log looks to be python related so I'd guess it may be an addon.
Can you rename .kodi to .kodi_back and reboot so you start without any addons/custom settings. Play a file that crashes - same issue or not?
I've tried what you suggested, no difference at all? :-(
What I am getting is if I play the attached file, which was created with handbrake, nothing fancy I don't think.

Starting with about 30% memory usage, after playing it twice, I'm up to 50%, 4 times 70%, 6 times 85%, soon after it'll lock up.
The lower the quality/bitrate, the longer it takes to lock up.
It's only a minute long, but a high quality/bit rate, it plays fine, while it's playing. :-)
I am using Milhouses x build so 20180115215804-#0115x-gcd45cd6 is the current one, if that makes a difference.
Hope it helps, if not let me know what else I can try.
Thanks Kevin.
