Any recommended settings for new Pi3 B+ to get the most out of HEVC?

Any Pi version specific section in configuration file like [pi2]...[pi3] when moving SD chip around?
Maybe [pi3+]...?

Yes - that was added in last night's build. Be aware that both [pi3] and [pi3+] sections apply to a pi3+,
so keep the [pi3+] section last.

 What would be default set for Pi3+ if it reads both sets [pi3] and [pi3+] not to overclock or change anything?
Any default set of parameters?
