Any useful tool to cut piece of video out of 3D ISO file? 

I'd suggest makemkv. I imagine the issue is most likely in the hw decoder and so will probably also occur from an mkv file.   

Thanks @popcornmix . I need a bit of time to make it. Let's hope it works the same way on small MKV file. I have stuttering HEVC movie and when I cut small portion it stopped stuttering  For 3D splash issue I will test it with B again to make sure and try to do slow motion video as well.
