I have no idea how long this has been going on but I can't install any addons from https://mirrors.kodi.tv:
I did some research. https://mirrors.kodi.tv uses a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate. I was able to find two certificate stores on my LibreELEC Pi:
Neither of them contains the necessary "Let’s Encrypt Authority X3" intermediate CA. Only Let's Encrpts Root CA (ISRG Root X1) is available.
