Can you go back to a build from a month or two ago, say #0401, delete (or rename) the MyVideos109.db, and then scan your library again - it would be interesting to see how "24 Hours to Live" is handled. If it's the same, as #0531, ie. it fails to retrieve any details, then chances are this is a website API/addon/scraper issue rather than anything to do with Kodi core.
