I have a RPi3 and there is no way to be able to set the time, unless you do it manually from the ssh console. But when you turn off, you put the date wrong again. It is not a firewall problem, nor the ntp servers. since I test in another system and it works without problems.- I have tried it in every way possible and there is no case it does not work.
