moonlight is most probably broken and may not be fixed as maintenance (if my memory serves) is proving to be a problem.
mpd breaks for various reasons. I built it a little while ago but may require a new build which I've just uploaded - have a look here.
If you have a requirement to use third-party add-ons then I would suggest avoiding these test builds, and stick to the official LibreELEC releases.

Not sure, hopefully someone else can help - if this problem started recently then identifying the first non-working build from the builds published in this thread will help enormously.
