 this problem happens from version #0819.

maybe i wasnt clear enough. all my episodes are shown on the newest versions but when i add some new episodes into Emby they will not be shown in kodi even updating the DB in kodi doesnt work, but when i downgrade to i.e.#0818 the new episodes are shown instantly, and when i update again to #0819 they are missing again 

Can you post a debug log when scanning for new episodes with the latest #0821 release (and point out which new episodes fail to scan)? There's nothing in #0819 that stands out as being a cause of this. It's entirely possible a third-party scraper, Emby or remote web site is part of the problem (change of API?) 

 im not sure if it is a problem of Emby since it works on version #0818 and i can switch between versions and it always shows the episodes right after updating without scanning for new versions

what i did was update to #0822, enable debug, restart and hit on emby the manual search and after is searched for like 10 minutes nothing was added

It's an Emby issue.
