No support for banned addons and repositories, which almost certainly explains why your system is misbehaving.

You are probably unable to post a log file because your banned addons are spamming the crap out of the log so that the size of the log exceeds the maximum upload file size (which is only about 1MB).

Test again with a "clean" system, without the banned addons, and I'm sure you'll then find your system behaves normally.
Texture Cache Maintenance Utility: Preload your texture cache for optimal UI performance. Remotely manage media libraries. Purge unused artwork to free up space. Find missing media. Configurable QA check to highlight metadata issues. Aid in diagnosis of library and cache related problems.
