Without a log, nobody can help. Upload the output of
journalctl -a and post the link.Describe your setup - is it RPi0, RPi1, RPi2, RPi3, RPi3+? WiFi or wired ethernet? Static IP or DHCP?
Chances are it's a problem with your network. Try enabling "Wait for network" if you RPi is slow to get an IP address. If you're using a USB dongle for connectivity, maybe it's a firmware issue (journalctl output will help).
