I installed this LibreELEC Testbuild and Netflix addon on my raspberry pi 2B.

I can't play anything at a better resolution than 480p, the image is slow if I try to do it (the sound is fine).

480p is the maximum an RPi2 will do. You need an RPi3B+ for smooth 720p playback.
